There is a range of options for appointments, so the administrative staff will ask a few questions to ensure that you get the right appointment with the right person first time.
- A telephone, VC or face-to-face appointment with a GP
- A telephone, VC or face-to-face appointment with a nurse practitioner
- A telephone appointment with a pharmacist
- A telephone, VC or face-to-face appointment with a first-contact physiotherapist for musculoskeletal problems.
If you are not sure, a telephone consultation may help plan tests that can be done before a face-to-face follow-up.
