Benbecula Medical Practice provides a wide range of GP-led services. We use locums to cover leave periods; we try to stick to a small pool of regular locums that have been recommended to us, so that they are familiar with our systems and our patients. As the practice moves to board management, Dr Dawson and Dr Johnson are working under locum contracts until a salaried position can be agreed.
